This year's Melodi Grand Prize consists of 21 artists who will compete to win the MGP and gain the honor of representing Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool in May.
The competition will be divided into three finals, where the three artists who receive the most votes advance to the final. The final starts in Trondheim Spektrum on February 4th.
Arianhrod Engebø and Stian "Staysman" Thorbjørnsen will host the Melodi Grand Prix broadcasts. This will be Mattias from Starworks' last year as the competition's stage director.
